Kyle O'Keeffe


Kyle comes to Site Safe with many years of experience with St John and other paramedic services. He also has experience in corrections and manufacturing/engineering.
His past roles have included working as a member of operations teams through to managing professionals operating in high-risk environments. Kyle enjoys working with individuals, teams, and organisations with career highlights, including high-level events and health and developing health and safety cultures. Kyle also has a passion for workplace training for adults and youth.
Kyle offers a balanced understanding of the many challenges facing businesses. His skill set includes simplifying solutions to help small and medium businesses navigate safety and well-being, including training and staff development needs. Kyle enjoys supporting businesses in all health and safety matters including setting up emergency management systems, understanding the effects of work on health and how to keep staff well.
Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, a Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety Management, and a National Diploma in Adult Education.
He is a Professional member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management, a HASANZ registered health and safety professional and is recognised by other industry professionals as a skilled Safety Advisor who offers a high standard of expertise.
