Ricky Shalders

Ricky joined the Site Safe team in 2016 with a strong background working in a number of roles within the construction industry.

Having qualified as a painter/decorator and subsequently operating as a small painting company for a number of years enables Ricky to have an in depth understanding of how to establish health and safety systems for small businesses. Ricky understands the importance of providing quality of workmanship, having a good reputation, running a profitable business, while at the same time maintaining an excellent health & safety culture.

Ricky relates well with others, demonstrates a passion towards business development and has a genuine approach towards supporting people wherever possible. Ricky is ready to assist businesses seeking to implement or improve their health & safety culture within their work place or organisation.  

Ricky completed NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety in 2015 which provides him an excellent grounding in the principles and practices of health and safety management.
