We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our message, deliver compelling campaigns, and drive growth across our products.
About The Team
- You’ll join the Marketing and Communications team located in Site Safe’s national office in Wellington.
- We’re a centralised function providing design, communications and tactical and strategic marketing support across the organisation.

What You’ll Do
- You’ll exercise your generalist marketing skills but with a particular emphasis on leading and executing strategic, integrated and omnichannel marketing campaigns that support our SiteWise prequalification product and Site Safe membership. This might cover digital, events, eDMs/CLCS, content marketing, CRO, PR, social media and more – it'll be up to you to pitch an audience-centric marketing plan to deliver on our business objectives for your assigned portfolio.
- You’ll work with our designers and creative partners to develop compelling content and creative that connects with diverse audiences—from tradies to executives, you’ll know that cut-through is what counts.
- You'll be results-oriented and can be relied on to analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and inform strategy, ensuring we’re clear on the ‘why’ and what good looks like.
- We’re in an exciting time of brand evolution and you’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand purpose, story and identity come to life in everything we do. You’ll champion the impact of branded experience with our CX manager, deliver an exciting new identity roll-out and work with managers on tracking brand awareness and sentiment across the organisation.
- You’ll collaborate across teams, acting as an expert voice for marketing in cross-functional project teams.
- As with every marketing gig, you’ll be organised and across the detail – managing your deadlines, budgets and stakeholder engagement in your sleep.

What you’ll bring
- 5 + years in brand management, marketing and campaign management, ideally in membership, safety or not-for-profit organisations.
- Evidence of a customer-first mindset.
- A strong portfolio of compelling campaigns that deliver results.
- Ability to write strong creative briefs and work with design teams to achieve outstanding deliverables.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems, MailChimp/ClickDimensions, website CMS, Zavy, AskNicely, HootSuite etc).
- Strong, strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- A passion for purpose-driven work.
