As Southern Operations Manager you’ll be leading and developing a diverse, geographically spread team to deliver effective safety advice and training. Your focus will be on people leadership, day to day operational management, and ensuring the right capability and resources are in place to deliver high-quality, consistent services. You’ll also contribute to planning and reporting, and work collaboratively on projects and initiatives.
We’re seeking someone with strong people and operational leadership experience, along with an understanding of health and safety. You’ll also have strong relationship management and communication skills, with a pragmatic approach and the ability to see the bigger picture.
Site Safe is a successful not-for-profit membership organisation that promotes and supports health and safety in the New Zealand construction industry. We work with industry to provide leadership and advocacy across safety issues. We educate, train and develop future health and safety leaders; provide advice and assurance products and services to businesses; and conduct research on behalf of industry on the stuff that matters.
