Passport Plus Flexi Course Changes: Focusing on Our Popular Webinar Format

We are announcing the withdrawal of the classroom-based behavioural module for the Passport Plus Flexi course. This change is in response to a clear trend in learner preference, with the webinar option being chosen by the vast majority of learners over the last 12 months.

This change aims to ensure all learners complete the webinar-based behavioural module and the two online flexi modules, which together make up the Passport Plus Flexi course. The withdrawal of the classroom module will be effective on 30 September 2025.

The webinar format will continue to be available, providing learners with a flexible and accessible way to complete their training. The benefits of learning through the webinar format include the ability to learn from anywhere, saving time and travel costs. The course also includes two online flexi modules, which learners will need to complete in addition to the webinar module.
