About Alida Smith
Alida has a background in Education, specialising in Adult Education and Vocational Training. Since joining Site Safe in 2022, she has developed her skills and knowledge and qualified as a Health and Safety Professional. Her experience allows her to facilitate courses in a way that ensures learners feel included and supported to complete – regardless of the course - successfully. She is passionate about providing additional support to learners enrolled in Site Safe’s Certificate Programme.
