Feedback wanted on site access

21 Nov 2019

Site Safe New Zealand and Construction Health and Safety New Zealand (CHASNZ) want your feedback on two draft guides that aim to clarify the requirements for people to gain access to sites and other construction work areas.

They have identified four main areas that are addressed in the guides including health and safety training, knowledge assessment, site specific inductions and supervision considerations.

This is a chance for everyone to have a say and make the construction industry healthier and safer.

Check out the CHASNZ website for more details on what is covered in the guides and to provide feedback.

There is the helpful Site Safe - CHASNZ guide A Quick Guide to Site Access and there is a link to the survey as well.

Feedback closes 30 November.
