Leanne Stoutley

Leanne’s passion for health and safety began early in her career as a Personal Trainer and Taekwondo Instructor, where supporting the wellbeing of people was central to her work. Since then, she has built extensive experience across business operations, strategic planning, finance, sales leadership and organisational development, applying these skills across industries including construction, HVAC, traffic management and transport. This background helps Leanne understand the real-world pressures our customers and members face, and the practical support they need to keep their people safe.

Leanne’s recent progression from Site Safe’s National Engagement Lead into Product Management reflects a natural extension of this work, combining customer insight, operational understanding and strategic thinking to deliver solutions that create meaningful value for customers, members and their people.

Area of expertise

As Product Manager, Leanne focuses on understanding customer and member challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving practical solutions for SiteSmart, Site Safe’s health and safety platform. She brings a unique blend of commercial, operational and customer-focused expertise, and works closely with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders and SMEs through to large corporates, not-for-profits and complex contractor supply chains.

With strong business experience and a Level 3 Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety, Leanne specialises in aligning customer needs, business objectives and technology outcomes. She is well equipped to support businesses, organisations and their people as they implement best practice, drive continuous improvement and connect their health and safety goals with their wider strategic vision.
