Returning to work induction resources

B explains why it is so important to build mental health and suicide prevention support into site inductions, toolbox talks and briefings. He will take you through the resources that MATES has created for returning to work after lockdown. These include paper-based PowerPoint and video that can be plugged into any programme and also include posters and one page help guides that can be accessed via the website. B also talks about MATES coming back onto sites and also, if there is time some of the other work MATES will be undertaking such as our virtual Lunch Room.
