Brendon Mercer

Brendon has recently joined us in our Central team to deliver courses, site reviews and engage with our members. His primary areas of interest are organisational systems, leadership and culture. 

Brendon's approach to 'organisational wellness' considers the relationship of safety systems to other strategic (organisational) systems. In this way 'safety culture' is a critical contributor to quality, productivity, and sustainability outcomes.
