Marketing Advisor - Wellington

  • Ngauranga, Wellington Location
  • Full-time role

This is a great time to join Site Safe. Since it was formed in 1999, Site Safe has been influential in creating a positive change in the health and safety culture of New Zealand’s construction industry. Our overarching goal is for the industry to be proud to be safe and to reduce injury and harm.

To help us grow and achieve our goals we’re looking for a Marketing Advisor to help us implement and champion our marketing strategy.

Here you can make a real difference and be responsible for promoting high quality products and services, leading campaigns and events, managing our website and brand presence, sharing your wise words of marketing advice and promoting to the industry the great work we do. All with the aim of inspiring a positive culture in the industry.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • “All-rounder” marketing experience
  • Demonstrated skills in marketing campaigns
  • Experience with online tools, social media and content management systems
  • A creative approach and a good eye for detail
  • Experience in managing events (small to medium)
  • A flexible, can-do approach and willingness to take on a wide range of tasks
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Northern Senior Training Coordinator

  • Onehunga, Auckland location
  • Full-time role

We’re looking for an experienced Coordinator / Administrator who is keen to develop their leadership skills.

Our Northern Senior Training Coordinator oversees the scheduling of our training courses in the Northern Region. This involves coordinating trainers, learners and venues, and using our customer database. The role also provides customer service and administration support to ensure our learners and customers have a great experience with Site Safe.

The Northern Senior Training Coordinator acts as second in command (21C), so this role is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work alongside the Manager in supporting and developing the team.

We’re looking for someone with administration and customer service experience, the ability to coordinate and manage a variety of tasks, and a passion for helping others. Experience with customer databases would be an advantage.

Southern Safety Advisor

  • Christchurch Location
  • Full-time role

We’re looking for a health and safety professional, with a passion for helping businesses become safer.

As one of our Safety Advisors you’ll be working alongside companies in the construction industry helping them embed health and safety behaviour and systems that make a difference. This will involve undertaking on-site Health and Safety Site Reviews (audits) and providing health and safety consulting services. You’ll be identifying areas of risk, providing feedback and suggesting workable solutions. You’ll also facilitate classroom and online training sessions to help improve behavioural awareness of health and safety.

We’re looking for a qualified Health and Safety professional with experience in delivering training. An Adult Education qualification would be an advantage, as would knowledge of construction, or similar, industries.

In return for your skills, experience, and great attitude, we’ll offer ongoing training and professional development and some great benefits like health and life insurance. A vehicle will be provided for work-related travel, as this will be integral to the role.
